Hydraulic Power Pack

  • Units range from 50 kW to 900 kW and are designed specifically for operation in Hazardous area, Zone 2.

  • Designed as a true compact unit, the compact power pack requires no onsite assembly saving valuable rig up time and reducing crew requirements.

Compact Zone II Compressor

MXR can offer fully certified Hazardous Area Compressors for use in offshore Zone II hazardous environments.

 

The units are an ideal support package for all offshore well service and maintenance operations. The units are configured as standard or with electric start for operaator convenience.

 

All our equipment is supplied with full DNV 2.7-1 certifification on the lifting frame and are supplied with slings and forklift pockets

COM 185 Zone II Compressor

  • MMGM 2.01MT, Transport Weight 1.75MT, 2.1 x 1.1 x.1.7m (LxWxH) 

  • DNV 2.7-1 certified skid frame with sealed base with drains and supplied with certified slings and fitted with forklift pockets. 

  • Yanman Enginer: 4NT 88 2.2 LT 4 Cyl Direct Injection Diesel Engine fitted with a Pyroban Hazardous Area kit to give a Zone II rating of: Ex 3G IIA 2 T3. 

  • Compressor: Rate 185cfm free air with 7bar (100psi) working pressure. 

  • The engine is fitted as standard with an electrical starter.
